On a scale from 1 through 10 I would rate my physical well-being at an 8. The reason why I said 8 is because i feel that I am in good shape but I am not in great shape. I play basketball at least four times a week and do a little muscle training about 1 to 2 times a week. I do have a pulled groin and a sore achilles tendon that keeps me from giving my top performance when exercising.
I would give my spiritual well-being about a 4 on the scale because it is something that I do not practice much.
My psychological well-being would be about an 8 because I am always thinking positive even in the worst situations. I do not give myself a 10 because I do sometimes have negative thoughts.
My goal for my physical well-being is to get get enough rest for my groin and achilles to heal fully so I can give my full effort when exercising. I will have to work on my spiritual well-being at one point in my life but at this point I am really not concerned with my spiritual well-being at this point. My goal for psychological well-being is to keep a positive mind through every situation but to try and cut down on the negative thoughts.
The exercise that I can do is keep a positive mind at all times. It seems to keep my stress at a very low level. I feel that I am rarely stress. I use humor to conquer stress for myself and others.
After listening to Crime of the Century, I felt that it was very relaxing and beneficial. It was soft and soothing to the mind. Listening to the words makes you feel very calm and relaxed
