After listening to tracks on the CD, I find them to be just relaxing. I found it to be beneficial only because it calms and relaxes me. I would recommend it to others because even though and made me feel calm and relaxed, it would probably do the same for others and even more.
The concept, "mental Workout" means to train your mind everyday to become better. Research indicates that the more and more we practice the better we become at it. i could implement mental workouts by setting up a schedule and quiet place for myself to practice everyday.
I really enjoyed reading your post and I think it is great that you found it to be beneficial. I have to admit that I found it to be more diffult than last weeks exercise. Maybe I just could not get relaxed and take control over my mind. I do agree that we could implement mental workouts everyday if we would take the time, because this could help us all mentally, physically, and psychologically.
