UNIT 6

The exercise and assessment process was about learning how to focus on one of the four aspects of life that I am having trouble with and making myself become better at it. What I have discovered about myself is that I have realized that I have more negative thoughts going on in my head than I thought I did. The are that I have chose to focus more on is Psychospiritual Flourishing because I see that this is apart of my emotion and I feel that it is my emotions that are making me have negative thoughts. The exercise that I can think of that will foster great wellness in that area is trying some deep meditating practices. Hopefully this will work because I know no other way other than letting TIME heal my problems.

  1. Hello Antoine,

I think that unless we have everything we need in our lifes, like money, health, love, a good spirtual life, we won't be able to avoid having negative thoughts. It's only human to have them especially when things aren't going our way. Sometimes we blame others, some times we blame ourselves, but instead of focusing on the negative and blame, we should focus and give our energy to the positive things that happens to us. I know that this sounds easy, but is not especially when we lack spiritual and mental wealth, but if we apply ourselves we can achieve this and more.

    Great Post!
